We count products by the combination of Marketplace and ASIN. So each Marketplace counts separately towards the number of products in your plan. You also provide a product ID that is the same across marketplaces allowing you to aggregate and sort the dataset.

Collection of the reviews are not duplicated. ARF only fetches reviews from the marketplace where they are originally posted.

The most likely reason is that the product is a variation under a parent with other variations. The parent will usually have more reviews than the variation in the Product List uploaded to ARF. ARF only fetched reviews for individual variations.

Another possible reason is that Amazon often merges reviews from multiple marketplaces, such as Amazon US and Amazon UK. ARF only fetches the reviews from the Marketplace where the review was originally posted. In that case, both marketplaces should be included in the Product List uploaded to ARF.

Sometimes it is difficult to fetch some of the oldest reviews. If you believe that too few reviews were collected, please Contact Us.

Yes. Books are usually identified by 10 digit or 13 digit ISBNs. Kindle Books, Audio Books, and other formats have an ASIN.

To display reviews from all variations, all ISBNs and ASINs must be included in the Product Upload Template. Be sure to assign an arbitrary parent_id so that the reviews are displayed together.

Emphatically No! As per Amazon's Conditions of Use page:

If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Amazon a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant Amazon and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose.

AliExpress has similar conditions. Both AliExpress and Amazon's conditions of use align with United States, Hong Kong, and International Copyright Law.

Owning the copyright creates liability! Amazon and AliExpress want nothing to do with review content. If they owned the copyright, then they would become responsible for inaccuracies. The number of lawsuits would be massive!

Please do not take this information as legal advice. If you have any concerns or want more details on a different country's laws, please consult with an attorney.

Yes. Be careful because related product reviews will also be deleted.

Amazon and AliExpress reviews are collected once a day. The Tabby Free plan scrapes new Amazon reviews weekly.

Depending on the volume of products and server load, most often updates are finished 10 minutes - 2 hours after the time of day you first uploaded products and fetched reviews.

When the updates are completed you will be notified by email. The email will contain up to 20 new reviews. Please make sure that areviewfetch.com emails are not flagged as spam.

All plans besides Tabby include a choice of CSV, XLSX, XML, and PDF. You can select new reviews that were just scraped or all reviews.

When new reviews are crawled and scraped, you will be notified by email. We will aggregate up to 20 new reviews in each new email. Please make sure that areviewfetch.com emails are not flagged as spam.

Yes. There are three ways. (This FAQ does not apply to Shopify users.)

1. Use the javascript widget. It's simple to insert into your website. Click here for complete instructions.

2. You can download all or part of the dataset. Check the ones you want before or after download.

The fields are already parsed and can be rearranged to be imported in a review app that has an import tool. Review apps are available on many ecommerce hosts, such as Shopify.

3. ARF's roadmap includes tools to partner with other review apps so that ARF reviews can automatically be imported into those apps. Click here if you'd like to be notified when we implement these tools.

You have complete control of which reviews are selected for display. The default is to display all 5, 4 and 3 star reviews. You can select or deselect reviews individually from the Reviews list (login required).

Use the Display column to select or deselect by toggling the and X.

Don't forget to choose Product ID or ASIN in the widget otherwise reviews for all products will be displayed together.

The reviews are deleted immediately. If you change your mind, you can add the product again and the reviews will be restored during the next scheduled update.

This FAQ does not apply to Shopify users.

Yes. We prorate by calculating what the total would have been at the actual usage tier (1 mo, 6 mo, 12 mo), deduct that from your last payment and refund the balance. Please note that we do not refund partial months.
